  The item didn't work when it arrived, but the seller sent it in good faith. It worked when it left, and even for a few minutes after it arrived, till it locked up for good. When a repair shop said it was too rusted inside to fix, the seller immediately refunded, and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Both of us wanted it to work, but when it didn't, the seller did the right thing.
