  Late on shipping the item. She stated she was sick. Damage to the purse which was not disclosed. Strong odor of nicotine. I was assured that the certificate of authenticity was enclosed which it was not. She also told me she only carried this purse a few times but there is significant damage to it. When I pointed out a picture that looked like cracks in the leather she told me it wasn’t. Told she did not see tears. My loss but a lesson learned. I will only buy Authenticity Guaranteed in future.
