Wurked fur me....
Only time will tell if they rust like the originals did.
They seem fine right now, and quality seems fine.
Less than half the price of OEM's.

EXCELLENT starter rig for those on a budget $88.09 free shipping///
It's reasonably sized, has a good loud speaker, sounds well on the other end (good on air reports). I hear that adding an aftermarket antenna (like a Diamond etc) makes a BIG difference. I have a lot of repeaters here, so mine's still stock... for now.
I would have given it 5 stars, but the channel knob was gritty at first, and the only thing I've ever used before this was a Motorola, so that's what I have to compare it to. Motorola DMR HT's can easily run $500++ new. Probably more. Not a really fair comparison....I know.
I AM actually VERY happy with the MD-380. Being this reasonably priced, I'm afraid what may happen if I drop it (It don't feel fragile, just considering it's reasonable price....)
Battery life seems pretty good. I usually listen, very little tx. It lasts almost 2 days using it like I do. 6-8 hours a day.
Programming a DMR radio is a bit of a learning experience for a new ham.
I needed help. Other hams are almost always willing to help, so it wasn't a problem.
Spare batteries are pretty cheap, as are other accessories.
I'm on a fixed budget but I'd like to get a Motorola eventually. If this lasts me a year I'll be happy.
If it goes 2 years I'll be ecstatic !
DMR is another world. Don't deny yourself of this for a few bucks. :D
