  The Post Office took way longer than expected in my opinion to deliver these Light Bulbs. I was'nt happy about the two week delay, however I was very impressed at the effort that was taken to ensure these bulbs arrived undamaged.   The elephant arrived damaged. The top of the stool shelf was broken. I think the packaging could have been better. Flimsy box and not enough wrap. There was dirt and debris on the inside of the stool that came out in the box and all over my floor. Seems like that should have been cleaned out prior to shipping.
