Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Generation) Copper. New, open box.

A great value!

This product is easy to install and has all of the modern thermostat capabilities, including WiFi. The proximity sensor turns on the display when you pass by, so monitoring the status of your HVAC is almost effortless. The other feature of this product is, at the end of each day and at the end of each month, you can monitor your system usage in hours of operation and graphically see what effects weather and thermostat adjustments have on total use. Total usage translates into power bill charges. I'm very satisfied with the operation of NEST thermostats, that I just bought another one for use at my rental house.
