Yum, pass the cornbread.

great cookbook
love this book, have made three recipes so far - the candied yams, the buffalo chicken balls, and the spicy meat sauce - they were all great hits.

seasonal and straight forward
this book goes by the seasons, and is a little complicated to look at. but, as far as the cooking goes its pretty straight forward.
