Great game, but I still take the firs four games any day, though.
Being a huge Splinter Cell fan, I must had this game. While the olders are the foundation, this freshed up tittle appeal to a younger audience without betraying the veterans. I still rather wait in the darkness for the right momment than to excecute five people in a row, but the way deeper story completely make up for it.

Another jewel from Suda51
Being a huge fan of Suda51, this was a game I was expecting since it was first announced last year. So it was a must buy. Firts thing: as every other Grasshopper game, it's not a perfect game by any means. Second thing: as every other Grasshopper game, it's a game really worth to be played, and to be enjoyed. Why I consider this game a 4 out of 5? Two main things: story and gameplay. While the story is not anywhere near the story of Killer7, it stands by itself, with enough elements to keep the interest, and written to be enjoyed by fans of anime (mainly because the story is told in chapters, written much like an anime series). I really liked the story, in spite of the few clichés and inconsistencies, it really is a Suda51 story, which I consider a good thing. The gameplay, on it's side, it's good enough to keep you entertained. There's a variety of perks that compose the battle style of Mondo, much like the move set of Juliet in Lollipop Chainsaw. The chapters arent's too long, and the large variety of missions (which involves more than mindlessly swinging a sword at enemies)can keep you entertained for quite a while. Also, there's the graphics and music. Both aren´t outstanding, but the cell shading does a great job at the storytelling, and the music a lot to inmerse you in the game's world. Why not a 5 out of 5? Well, mainly because of the bugs and glitches. There are several, and in soe cases can mess up your game, so you need to play again the same mission. It's bothersome on times, but not so frequent as to ruin the whole experience. Briefing: if you like other Suda51 games, like Flower Sun and Rain, Killer7 and No more Heroes, you'll surely like this one. If not, well, at least the gameplay is enough to be a motive to try it for a while.

An awesome game for Fatal Frame Fans.
An excellent game, very enjoyable by the Fatal Frame fans. When I first watched the japanesse version, I wasn´t so interested, until I found this was a Fatal Frame for the 3DS. First thing, this game has all the elements from any other entry in the Fatal Frame franchise. But, unlike other tittles in the series, this is a full lenght AR game. In other words, you see all through the 3DS camera, you see your surroundings with in-game elements overlapped, like Maya (the spirit you try to help during the game). It's a very fun game, and has a decent difficulty setting. There are only two downsides I see in this game: a) it´s too short (you have to beat it twice to see te full story, but it's still a little short), and b) you need to play in a well-lit room with enough space to move, and enough light sources. Since the game flows using the AR Book included, you need a room where the 3DS can read the images well enough. Apart from those things, this game is the only true horror game I´ve ever seen on a portable system. Fully recommended.
