Installation Problems

It is as described but was unable to install via iPhone, lap top or disk so had to call Canon tech support. Was told this printer is sensitive to network viruses so installation couldn’t be completed until network problem fixed. Cost me an additional $89 but it is working now. Don’t know if I would buy another Canon but maybe all new printers are like that. GloryB.
