Still hopeful
This is my third boss torch. I really like it when it works proper. This latest one keeps igniting w huge flame ball at screw down gas attachment that I’ve been blowing out and turning off fuel. Seems like operator error? If I knew how to adjust it? Prob would eventually work. First one was adjusted perfect. Second one was catching fire so office gal sent out another replacement free of charge. “Thank you” this third one seems like same issue? If I knew a bit more about air/gas ratio mixing etc. I’m sure I wouldn’t even be having this embarrassing issue? At least we know this company has great customer care. Good luck to all
