Don't waste your money
Cheap box arrived with half the dividers missing and washers all mixed together. No legend on the box as pictured. Quality is terrible so many with defects. Couldn't use the size I needed and will likely throw the rest out as I would not trust the quality. Will likely not use any others as quality is very low and would not trust them.
Engine Intake Manifold Upper Dorman 615-775

Would recommend
Fitted to a 2003 Ford Explorer. I was a bit unsure of using an aftermarket manifold and saw a few things that turned me off this one. But at a fraction of the cost of a genuine one, it is great value for money. Fits very well, all holes line up, gaskets are good quality and overall a good finish. The rear coolant port block off was a bit cheap and nasty looking but I filled it with high temp RTV and replaced the slring clamp with a hose clamp so I wouldn't have any issues. I was a bit unsure of fixing the fuel rail and coils directly into the plastic but the screws provided work very well. Car now runs much quieter, looks neater and no more leaks. The alternator bracket provided looks a bit nasty and doesn't have provisions for the engine appearance cover, but your original one fits just fine to the manifold. Only downsides are the minor issues above plus you lose the mounting points for fuse rail earth and the wiring harness. Overall I would recommend this product, it is a good quality item.
