Black Salt / Kala Namak / Sanchar / Bit noon
1 of 1 found this helpful I use it nearly all the time for marinading or cooking. It needs to be well ground so that I can use it in a salt cellar / sprinkler, where i can meter the amount to my taste.
The flavour is unique and has no residues of crystals.
All in all I can never do without it when I want to put a zing to my food.
It also is the ideal sprinkle on chopped salad already dressed with yogurt and a bit of paprika.
I hardly use the refined version of table salt.

Works as expected.
Everything is good.
Could have included the cloverleaf type power cord, but I did not need another since there was one available from the previous cheap and cheerful rubbish (non-Dell).
Could recommend this item.

In this day and age it is the feelings which matter. It does portray that feeling very well with such powerful actors. You feel a better person.
