need to reset before using.
you will need to "reset" the program if you are replacing from another source. follow the instruction found online since OEM doesn't have instruction steps. *7890# or *331734# and MENU.

you get what you pay for but what this is and what I needed, it works for me. reds have various flashing modes and flashlight has pulsing option.
