Not all that!
I love spiritual stimulation, it does my soul great wonders. This is nice book but it's not organized by topic, season or date. It's just long list of quotes and thoughts. I wanted to see if it would be a good gift for some friends. I like it enough to keep it for now, but will send it to goodwill or the library to resell.

This is a wondeful book for anyone struggling with grief.
I'm a big fan of this self-help book. I give to others in lieu of flowers when they have a loss of a loved one. It has a variety of spiritual perspectives on death without pushing one or another religion. It is respectful of all faiths. A refreshing view of life and death as well as soothing to those in deep sorrow. I somehow always wind up giving away my copy. It was helpful to my parent's and myself when my sister died. With each passing loss I come back to it for comfort and perspective.
