I EMAILED THE SELLER THREE TIMES BEFORE HE RESPONDED. HE TOLD ME HE SENT THE DVD I PURCHASED 10 DAYS LATE, WITHOUT AN APOLOGY. EBAY SHOWED IT TOOK HIM 2 WEEKS BEFORE SENDING. IT STILL NEVER ARRIVED. STILL NO APOLOGY OR FURTHER RESPONSE. ONE OF THE WORST SELLER ON EBAY - STAY CLEAR OF THIS GUY. WHATEVER HE RESPONDS WITH BELOW, WILL BE NONSENSE.

Don't buy from this seller. I purchased item and after 7 days it still was not sent. I sent them numerous messages to ask when it will be sent and he never replied one. I complained to eBay who followed it up. Next minute the item was marked 'posted' so I thought finally it was on its way only for eBay to refund me a few days later after thy could not verify tracking number. Sellers like this ruin eBay. Stay away!!

Item ordered & paid for 10th May.. Contacted Seller 16th May as item marked paid but not sent. No response.. 22nd May. Final estimated delivery time. item still not sent.. 23rd May. Ebay case opened.. 29th May. Refund issued by Ebay.. Contacted Seller again to ask for a reasonable explanation as to why the item wasn't sent as didn't wish to leave negative feedback.
