4 of 4 found this helpful I received the key and instructions quickly by eBay message after the expected email wasn't located, possibly because it went into spam and was deleted. It was easy to download and set up, but if your computer has a 30 day trial promotional "Get Word" program from Microsoft installed be sure you delete it before installing this one. The program includes Word, Excel, Power Point, and One Note. I've had an older version of Word (2003) that worked well, and expect this one to be just as good. It looks slightly more complex but user friendly. I would recommend it.
