I can't really leave a positive assessment of this company but here's what happened. Got the cam bearing puller in a brown box yesterday. the original packaging broke, probably because the tool is heavy and the packaging is very inadequate for this tool. It appears there is an extra collett in the box. no instructions, no invoice or shipping papers, not a boy howdy anywhere. WTF? This is the only way to contact Silver Auto Parts, if this tool does not work as described how do I return it.

Item arrived and was not correct. Tabs did not line up with OEM fog light bucket on one side and other side tabs were missing. Item also appeared to be used or a returned item. Seller promptly responded and refunded. Also, shipping was lightning quick. Will do business with them again.
