Classic Resource on Korean Tae Kwon Do
1 of 1 found this helpful This Classic title shows traditional Korean Tae Kwon Do for what it is - a Martial Art for all combat ranges and one that is uniquely Korean.
Tae Kwon Do is known for its awesome high power kick and spectacular jumping kicks; but it is a complete martial art.
This book is a great complete resource guide by a well known instructor in the United States. The Poomse have since been updated, however the information is still relevant.
I bought this book for the nostalgia and I've wanted it for quite some time.
I've been studying Tae Kwon Do for years, and actually own several books on Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido - this one is my favorite!
