The ideal first 35mm SLR camera
It's a simple camera that isn't loaded with unneccesary 'extras'. It offers full metered manual mode and aperture priority automatic mode (when used with Pentax 'A' series lens). It also offers depth of field preview, self-timer and, with the more recent P30's (all P30T's and P30N's and some late P30's), it provides a socket for a proper cable release. The one downside of the P30/P30N/P30T is superficial… it is a product of 80's design and so looks like a cheap and cheerful SLR that won't last a year, where in actual fact they are rugged and well made and so far have proven very reliable. The upside of this downside is that you can pick up a nice example for less than £35 which is a bargain for such a workhorse of a camera. The first P30's were produced in 1985 and the last, the P30T, ended production in 1997. Although only the earlier P30's were made in Japan I have never noticed any reliability issues between them and the non-Japanese examples. They should all carry on working for a long time to come.

Great performance and great value
A very impressive router. Easy to set up. Great wireless range. 2.4 or 5 GHz networks. A lot of bang for your buck!
