    Contacted the seller because the item was not received to get no response at all for acknowledgement . I had to repurchase the same item else where

    The package has been lost by USPS. Unfortunately, we didn't have a replacement. The tracking number still shows "in transit" and I am sure eventually it will reach the destination. Here is the message I sent: Hi, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by usps. I initiated a missing mail search. As soon as they find it, they should be able to ship it to you or refund me. As for now, I will let eBay decide on this case. They should be covering for such cases. Thanks.
