The seller was paid on the spot for asking price, then like some seller including this seller, created the shipping label through UPS, however did not hand the item to UPS passing 4 days of the transaction without any communication. eBay should create a policy to avoid such matter of creating a label and sitting on the item for days.

I accepted the sellers offer (not asking price) on a Saturday night, Label was printed and dropped off at the UPS shipping location the day after it was printed. Scanned by the UPS truck when they picked the package up the following day and arrived at the buyers location on Saturday. 7 days after purchase. This is my 1st negative feedback as I always try to work with people who purchase from me. I apologize for trouble it seemed to cause.
