  Ordered kettle and toaster described as 'working and clean'. Neither arrived clean and on testing, the kettle had a pretty severe leak that had obviously been there a while based on paint wear. Seller communication was great and he sent out a replacement, but it was also dirty and had a faulty power switch so wouldn't stay on. He claimed it was damaged in transit and opened a case after I returned both items. Probably my worst ever buying experience. Thankful for eBay Money Back Guarantee!
