    Thank you for your positive feedback. However I would like to highlight the following: The book was posted on 17 Apr 2025 same day as your order hence you cannot blame me for slow postage as it was provider of your choice. I use cardboard mailing packs similar to used by all major book sellers. For additional protection against the weather I always enclosed the pack inside a heavy-duty poly mailing satchel as I did in your case. Hence the book never got wet. You forgot to mention this

    Thank you for your NEGATIVE feedback. However I would like to highlight the following: I used a brand new cardboard mailing pack specifically designed for posting books. For additional protection I enclosed this pack inside a heavy-duty poly mailing satchel. And still you described the packaging as "tatty somehow"! Has it occurred to you that the parcel has been ripped open by Chinese Border Customs for inspection and then badly resealed.
