  nice seller, laptop arrived well packaged and worked great.I was checking it out and updates were available, after it updated it would not boot, I ran quick check in safe mode and had bad memory stick, seller offered several solutions including a replacement, but just a new mem. stick and reinstall went fine. he went beyond what I've had others do. thanks for the good experience
