Program keys don't work

Bought this keyboard because it was advertised to have fully programmable keys. I was able to program keys according to the instructions but, the keyboard preceded all my programmed keys with a three key string. As a result none of my programmed keys worked as i had intended. Don't know what was wrong, bad unit or wouldn't work with Windows 10. Tried to get an answer from Corsair but they seamed to confirm it couldn't work with Windows 10 cause they sent me a return address label.

Doesn't charge well

This unit is rated at 4.8 amps; but when I have my tablet and phone plugged in they are very slow to charge, over night didn't take the phone to full charge from 74%. So, I don't believe the 4.8 amp rating is genuine.
