They bought the water maker did not know how to install - and apparently did not want hire someone that knew how to do it- and after multiple attempts on my part to help them they not only left a deceitful negative feedback but also returned the item damaged. It was very sad what they did to me and it hurt my performance as a seller . They went beyond and also left a negative google review, very disappointed.

Worked as advertised
This product worked as advertised and included all the required hardware which was nice. The instructions were more than likely translated and were lacking but anyone with average mechanical ability can figure it out.

Perfect Replacement
I ordered this part to replace my old Maxwell footswitch that I melted when my anchor line was stuck and my windless pulled a lot of current. It fit perfectly and was an exact replacement.

Arrow
Love it. Would be a 5 star but it does not have an arrow showing which direction to wind the line.
