C3 Vacuum System Relay
Purchased this to “try” to fix a headlight issue on my 1977 corvette. The headlights were “winking” (one up one down) before and couldn’t figure out what it was, forums pointed me in the direction of this module which replaces the stock actuator / relay, and 5 minutes of work just disconnecting the four hoses and placing them on this replacement and the lights now function normally - up when on down when off. Very glad I tried this as I was looking at kits to convert to electric headlight motors and that would have been minimum $1k including labor. Try this first!
