Shipment was very quick even with it being international, and they packaged the machine very well. We had some issues with loose wiring, and the seller was very quick to respond with how to take the unit apart to see if wires had come loose. We were able to fix that, and the machine works as described after a couple of days troubleshooting. Highly recommend the product, a fraction of the cost compared to the very expensive process at the spa.
