10/10 - would refill again
It basically does everything it says on the tin. The ink looks excellent and it's the same thing as any other ink. There's no need to even buy inexpensive recycled/refilled cartridges because it works. I received enough ink to fill my cartridge probably 30 times, talk about a fraction of the cost of cartridges! This refill kit is something anybody can use simply by reading the included instructions. It's a no-brainer as no special knowledge is required.
Personally I used a hand drill to make the hole instead of the included eyelet screw because it was easier. You may try a very sharp pair of scissors as well ( push and twist them into the plastic where appropriate, works as a drill) or heat up a nail while holding it with pliers and plop it through the plastic while it's still hot.

Excellent filter
1 of 1 found this helpful This was purchased to replace my scratched Hoya and I am quite satisfied with the quality and sharpness of the image. I actually like it better. I haven't noticed any distortion, haze, glare or loss of quality or any other negative aspects you may find on an inexpensive filter. The threading is quality and didn't feel like it'd strip my lens threads like some other filters do because they thread unevenly. I am going to buy a few more to keep around as backups.

Pros and cons
This review is relevant for my Canon MP490 printer only, as others may behave differently with the same type of cartridge.
Cons: Out of the 30 or so of these I've ordered over the last year some of them do not last as long as others. Though, that said, they have been far and few between.
The next issue is the ink level is not displayed properly on the printer or on your computer software but this is due ONLY to your printer manufacturer and NOT the cartridge. A "legitimate" cartridge will not have this effect. Small price to pay for the value you receive (also please keep in mind this argument may only be relevant for my printer type as mentioned above).
Pros: highly cost effective, these are extremely inexpensive. You can compare them to retail value which is around $35 or more at big box stores.
The other pro is huge - you are using recycled materials and an envelope is included with them to recycle your old cartridges. Also, should the need arise, they provide excellent support.
Bottom line: I use these cartridges exclusively and order from the same place for all my printers and have no intention to ever cease doing so. I recommend these to all.
