Faucet leans to the right
To secure the faucet to the counter, there is a screw that goes into a hole on the right side of the faucet. There is no matching hole and screw on the left. As a result, as you tighten it, the faucet leans to the right. It's quite noticeable because the faucet body is quite tall.
Otherwise the quality of the unit is good. Installation is easy and all parts are included including supply lines.

Good phone with some niggling flaws.
3 of 4 found this helpful Sound quality is good and no doubt, the build quality is up to Panasonic standards but, it has a few annoying flaws that any buyer should be aware of:
1. The splash-proof handset is a different size than all the other handsets and cannot fit into any other charging base.
2. You cannot name handsets, only use the factory assigned numbers. This is a pain when you want to use the intercom feature, you have to remember that handset #2 is in Johnny's Room. Other multi-set phones (eg. Uniden) allow you to name the handset "Johnny's Room".
3. Redial and dialing from the phone book is really slow. Minor irritation.
4. There is no sound or music or tone when you put someone on hold. Just dead silence.
Overall, these flaws don't make me regret buying this set, but prevent me from giving it anything more than 3 stars.
