keyboard fault
...recurring problem with keyboard freezing, only way to resolve problem is to take the battery out for a few minutes and replace.
The Nokia 9500 is an icon! it is perfect for my requirements, so long as it works as intended.

design needs improving...
design is flawed, not robust enough, especially the fixing lugs, they snap off too easily and quite expensive for what they are...
