Good product fun toy bad batteries
The toy is really neat my son likes it a lot. My only issue is the rechargeable batteries it came with I charged 2 times and now they won’t hold a charge. But I do like the fact that you can put regular AA batteries in it but you just can’t charge them. All in all a good toy.

Wrong description and missing pieces
1 of 1 found this helpful The description of the product lists different sizes, 4” 7” and 10” I believe, I needed the 7” for 2 bigger size dogs I have. When I placed the order it didn’t ask me which size I wanted to purchase, so I thought the selection would be on the next page, so when I clicked it, it actually placed the order for the 2 elevated dog bowls instead of giving me the option of the 3 different sizes listed. So I messaged the seller and asked them if I could get the 7” instead of the 4” since I thought I missed the product selection page. Well they messaged me back and said they don’t sell the 7” or the 10” dog bowls only the 4”. If that was said in the description I would have ordered the product I actually could use from someone else. So the products arrive ahead of schedule and I ended up giving them away to family members that have small dogs that could actually use the dog bowls, and I get a phone call they can’t even use them because both boxes are missing a board that holds the sides together. So I spent 45 dollars on dog bowls I couldn’t use, so I gave them away and the person that could actually use them can’t cause pieces from both boxes are missing. I would not recommend this product from this seller.
