Good old technology
The setup program does not work for this in windows 10. No matter what it crashes the unit. Setting the print server up to a static IP address through your firewall/router was my fix and installing the printer on all devices through the IP address. Any tweaks to the default setup will crash the device and a reset is needed. This may have just been my unit, but I think it may be the unit itself looking for older protocols in the network and from the operating system. I may just buy another for my office I have a label maker that is shared through a workstation.
