Brand new Bar fridge bur temperature is not right to get really cold drinks.

I set up temperature on 2 degrese or 4 degreese Celsiuse temperature is not realy cold at all for drinks. It is not cold like in my frend bar fridge when you get icy cold drinks. It looks something is not right with temperature of this Bar fridge. It is brand new fridge and is still under 18 months waranty. Something is not right with temperature.
