Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve your social and interpersonal skill.

over priced and not practical
Greatly surprised and disappointed when I received the unexpected thin book. It costs more than twice as much as other products and does not contain exam practice problems in the book but need to go to their website to find the test questions and do it online. I was not able to fine the questions, and I needed a book with practice exam questions that I can do it without needing the online access. I had to return it and purchase another one published by another company with practice exams included in the book.
