The Sonos play 5 was working bad so I had to pay $120 to fix it and one of the Sonos play 1 doesn’t get factory reset so I couldn’t connected it with a new system. I contacted seller few days ago but haven’t received an answer yet.

Good product, slightly clunky operation

This product mostly works fine. However, the wheel has very spotty responsiveness. This is one of the custom/updated features of this product, and it's not working properly. It doesn't track my thumb movements nearly as well as my original iPod classic.
