From one FF about another...
This book keeps kids attentive to learning about a FF's daily activities, without boring them. Only improvement I could see would be going more into teaching safety plans instead of expounding on the brush fire, but my kids 1st grade class loved it. I bought them a copy, and will keep one to have in case another reading opportunity arises.

Its a piece of metal that deflects heat.... it fit right in, so I guess it is doing what it should!

Best camera I have owned, Worth more then what I paid for sure!
Bought this camera for our first trip to Disney. Glad I did. Amazing pics, and I swear the video quality was better watching it through the screen then watching the fireworks in real life! Battery life was great too, really no complaints that I can speak of after the first 2 months of use! Even after zooming and saving some pics, and then printing out those images, you would never tell the pic was a zoomed in image. Quite happy with this! Couple this with the fact it is waterproof and shockproof (ie, kid proof) and this is the real deal.
