Jammin World Beats
I'm not a fan or rap, but this Panjabi drum infused world beat is a whole lot of fun. I can't help but dance!

Great book. good read.
I haven't finished reading this book yet, but I am really enjoying it. It puts into really good words how I feel about my own yoga practice. Give it a shot, you won't regret it!

Needs an update
I bought this book because it was referred with something else I was reading. It was cheap enough, so I went for it. I realized about halfway in, when it referred to data that I knew was outdated, that the book was written in 2007, I think? There is lots of new information available in the field of nutrition science, and that is not represented here. If there is a more up to date version, then get that one. I also felt this book to be a bit self-serving. Dr Barron sells vitamin supplements, and while he doesn't push them outright in the book, he does indirectly. For this reason I was put off the book a bit. It does explain many biological functions well, as well as how different enzymes, vitamins, etc work within your body, which is helpful and interesting.
