A must have for me
After being stranded more than once with a weak battery due to a failing charging system on an old bike, I have always installed one of these on every bike I’ve had since. Even bought one for a friend when he bought his first bike. They are brighter than they need to be and could be $10 cheaper. Still totally worth it for knowing what your charging system is doing. It’s cheap insurance against getting stranded again. Highly recommend.

Works as advertised
All parts of this kit came together as a set in a factory sealed Pyle box, it was not a mix and match parts set. The main display enclosure is roughly the size of an iPhone 5. The camera is 4:3 and the screen supports both 4:3 and 16:9. The screen also has two video inputs. I set mine to 16:9 and everything looks a little squashed. The screen has adjustments for brightness, saturation, tint and color that make little difference. Just leave it as default and accept it for what it is. The instructions say to ground the camera too, but I found it works fine without grounding it. The camera seems to work good enough for my purposes in low light situations too. For the low price I am very pleased with this unit.

Needed a cheap bag...
Needed a cheap bag, got a cheap bag. It’s worth the $16. Glad it wasn’t more. It will be fine for my trip with the Cub Scouts, it isn’t made for heavy combat.
