Once I received the package, I communicated this to the seller & he was very quick to respond and immediately send out another free of charge. Customer service was clearly his top priority. He shipped wrong products with actual product's manuals. Camera and manual was swapped and he shipped older - lower model. The listing was non-returnable and I'd never purchase non-returnable items but I fell for his 100% positive feedback. It was past ebay dispute deadline until photos received from our customer. Knowingly, intentionally scammed us and not accepting return. We purchased all the lot and now we are stuck with 7 units of inferior product.

Boxes were sealed labels clear in photo customer had them shipped to his customer after receiving them 6 weeks ago
claims they were not the right item in the sealed box even though he was not the one who received the product. Was so cheap he did not want to pay shipping to his customer. Just wanted to flip them and make a profit. Wanted to return unsealed boxes with what ever his customer told him. Beware of this buyer he is a scam artist so common on Ebay
