gotta love abalone
The abalone complements almost every item of clothing I own so I look well put together. They are large enough to be noticed with shoulder length hair, but not obtrusive - they don't demand attention. The yellow gold of the setting does not match the rose gold of my Kate Spade abalone necklace, but I wear them together anyway and they look just fine. This is one of my favorite pairs of earrings.

Oneida makes good quality flatware
The pieces of this set have a bit of weight and size to them - they're not so small that my hand cramps when using them, but not so big that they're unwieldy. They're not flimsy and prone to bending. The finish is a good quality which retains its attractive appearance after washing either by hand or in the dishwasher. Just exactly what we were looking for, and great value for the money.
