  Ordered a Star Trek Eaglemoss starship from seller. Item is exactly as described and in brand new condition. Item was well packaged and shipped promptly however box was heavily damaged sometime during transit. Thankfully ship magazine and box were not damaged at all.   In my experience, Smalen is one of the best sellers on eBay! He's quick and polite to answer, and I had a most pleasing experience shoping from him. The item I bougth, a very frail thing, was packaged with the upmost care. And although the model arrived a little bit damaged --something that wasn't neither the vendor nor the shippers fault, but the original makers of it--, I was able to fix it precisely because of the care he took with the packaging, preventing any further damage. Five stars! :-)
