Turns my older device into a device with USB-C access

Needed to convert a USB-C hub into a regular USB for my older Microsoft Surface to use the Ethernet port. I have been able to use that along with the SD card reader and USB flash drive connected to it just as if the tablet was USB-C. Also working great for the phone charger cables.
