Refurbed s20 turned up its was playing up abit at first, updated it ect. Phone keeps freezing and won't come on for ages even if u do a phone restart, it's comes on and freezes again and now the phone won't turn on at all, I have s5 that works perfect compared to this. U can tell its hust old piece of batterd junk and they have tried to make it look pretty they haven't even put the bk glass on properly there's air bubbles, I was given advice to follow but being ignored after asking for refund.
