Good device. Need better tech support.

Nice, easy to use device. Tech support a little clunky, as “25/7 live chat” really means, as explicitly stated in a tiny footnote, “someone should answer in about an hour”. Who can sit and look for a chat response for an hour??? Their tech support phone number goes straight to voicemail during regular business hours. They finally did answer, but it was very frustrating for the first day, which is the most important day for tech support.
