I have ordered version 10W but have been delivered version 5W. After contacting sellers they admitted mistake but wanted to sell me 10w head for 67% (180$ wanted price)of price claiming they are giving me dicount 50% which is not true ( new 10w head is 270$ average on ebay). I have also ordered air pump for the machine for which now I don't have use with 5w head. Highly disappointed..

They had a complet kit listed for laser engraver air assist, pictures also showed complete kit. When order arrived, half the kit was missing. Only received pump and hose. After messaging seller back and forth, they were only going to give me a $7 dollar refund for the missing items.. what a joke. Don't know how they manage to have the good reputation they have, fooled me. Don't buy from this seller!!
