Perfect for charging
Perfect for keeping an extra cord at work. It doesn’t allow your phone to connect properly to itunes if you want to download pictures to your pc. It will still charge though.

Not a quality replacement
I bought this to replace my original that broke after ten+ years of service. This one broke in the exact same way after two uses. The gear grip in the knob that changes the load settings broke away so it just spins. I’ve since rigged the knob by super gluing it to the gear.
