A Faulty Power Steering Pump
I received a faulty Power Steering Pump. I installed the Pump exactly following the instructions that was included in the package. When the car was off ground and turning steering wheel lock-to-lock to bleed, it was causing overflow from the reservoir. There was no power steering for the wheels. I thought there could be an air intake somewhere in the system which causes overflow. I rented out a device to pressurize the reservoir to find the leak(s), if any. I didn’t find any leak anywhere in the power steering system. I finally replaced the new Power Steering Pump with my old one. It worked after a short air bleeding.
It took me four days and not being able to use my car and installing back my own old power steering pump!! Not to mentioning, it costed me expenses.
