  Dress stained, this was not described before purchase. Seller flatly refused to acknowledge that there was stains prior. Explained to the seller I'm happy to have it dry-cleaned at their expense as I'm on a deadline with a wedding in 2 weeks. Seller wanted original postage package and dress returned instead to take it up with the postal service. I've taken photos of the original postage package and there is clearly no damage to the packaging. If I was made aware of staining prior, nil purchase

  Oh wow, this is a lot to take in. The dress was not stained when posted, the dress was immaculate as shown in the photos on the listing. The dress was professionally cleaned and pressed as you can see with the presentation in the listing photos. Yes, I am flatly refusing there were stains prior. I can see you have not mentioned that I offered for you to return the dress, but this was met with a threat of leaving me negative feedback. I can see you wanted to keep the dress and have a refund.
