Comfortable but...
The pouch for the laptop is a very tight fit when I put my Dell Inspiron 17" laptop and the elastic restraining strap is too short to be used for a 17" laptop. It did fit my 15" Dell laptop fine.
The backpack needs to have something to stiffen the back as it falls over and folds in half when there is no laptop in the backpack.
Otherwise, comfortable and quite spacious pockets.

Easy to use
Produces 5-heart waffle pieces as I remember BUT the die/form is too shallow making the waffle fall apart into 5 pieces when picking it up. The waffle makers you get in Scandinavia produce thicker waffles so that you can pick them up in one piece without falling apart and then divide them as needed. Maybe the manufacturer can take a look at the design?

Articulating arms not strong
Put 6 lag bolts to hold this firmly to a 6"x6" beam.
Hung 50" Vizio LED TV on the frame and the articulating arm started sagging. One end of the TV was about 2 inches lower than the other end.
Removed my TV right away. Am looking at other alternatives.
