Great Historical Fiction
Based on a real weather event. It takes on a story that could have happened in 1941. Easy to read and keeps you wanting to read on. A great book for almost anyone middle school through adult. I have read it numerous times and use it in my high school English. Highly recommend.

A heart felt account!
A very heart wrenching book. It was like being there yourself. How those people endured and survived is beyond me. It really holds your attention, because it is the real story not just something put on the news. I had a better understanding of what really happened. Highly recommend to those who like reading about catastrophic weather events.
